As I'm sure most of you are aware that in order for a website, blog, or anything else based off the internet to succeed it will be necessary to generate traffic to that website. I personally like to 'ping' and 'bookmark' my website after each blog post that I do. It helps get my page out there and raise in the ranks of the websites. Although I do not suggest spamming or any of these blackhat techniques that will result in a ban of your IP and removal of your website. Remember some key things about social bookmarking websites. They are meant for OTHER people to bookmark YOUR website, not the other way around. It's not bad to start the process by bookmarking your website, but creating thousands of accounts from your home computer and single IP will be very obvious to these social bookmarking websites and get you and your IP banned.
